  • The purpose of this research is to identification the influenc of variables in brand equity to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction s needed in business and it is so important if thr company want to get profit from the product that they produce. Most of the business fashion and beverage are from aboard. If the company want to success, so the company must able to satisfy the customer needs. Brand equity is set of asset about the brand that increase or decrease the value of brand to the company or to customer. in brand The purpose of this research is to identification brand awareness and perceived quality of variables in brand equity, brand image and price as dependent and customer satisfaction as independen variables. In this research, data collecting is done by giving out questionnairs to 82 respondents in Surabaya. Sample collecting technique that is used is non probability sampling with convenience sampling as the sampling method. And in this research the four variables significantly impact customer satisfaction. And the variables that most impact of the customer satisfaction.
