  • The company was founded of course with a goal for the survival of the company, both short-term and long-term goals. This study aims to examine the effect of financial decisions, namely investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability on firm value. The sample in this study consisted of 21 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020, which were in accordance with predetermined criteria. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear analysis with SPSS 25.0 application tools. The results showed that simultaneously investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, and profitability have a significant effect. Investment decisions have a positive and insignificant effect, funding decisions have a significant positive effect, dividend policy has a significant positive effect, profitability has a significant positive effect. With an R square value of 0.45 which indicates that all independent variables, namely investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and profitability affect the dependent variable, namely the firm value of 45% and the remaining 55% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
