- This study aims to determine The Effect of Decentralization, Budget Participation, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Managerial Performance. The dependent variable used in this study is Managerial Performance. The independent variables in this study are Decentralization, Budget Participation, Leadership Style and Work Motivation. The population in this study is the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the Gresik Regency Government. The sampling technique used in this research is to use purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that decentralization and work motivation have no significant effect on managerial performance, while the variables of budgetary participation and leadership style have a significant effect on managerial performance.
