  • This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance by mediating organizational citizenship behavior and moderating job satisfaction for millennial employees at Bank Jatim Surabaya. The sample consists of 130 respondents using the Slovin formula and has the characteristics of being vulnerable aged 19-45 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that partially Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Moderation of Job Satisfaction has a significant negative effect on Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement and Employee Performance.
