The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity on the value of companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX) in the 2015-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 12 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study state that simultaneously liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity have a significant effect on firm value in transportation and logistics companies listed on the BEI for the 2015-2020 period. Partially, liquidity has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, partially solvency has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, partially profitability has a significant negative effect on firm value, and partially activity has a significant positive effect on firm value.
