- The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on firm’s performance in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is all of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling with a total sample of 363 data. The analysis sampling used is descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. he results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility affects the company's performance meanwhile Intellectual Capital does not affect the company's performance.
