- Managerial performance is the result of a managerial process that can be achieved by a person based on his ability to plan, investigate, coordinate, evaluate, supervise, staff, negotiate, and represent. This study aims to determine whether total quality management and environmental uncertainty can affect managerial performance. The population in this study is PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained 40 research samples consisting of the head of the bureau and the team. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis, inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing. In this study using WarpPLS 7.0 software. in this study resulted in the conclusion that total quality management has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance and environmental uncertainty has a positive and insignificant effect on managerial performance.
