  • This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, work environment, and organizational commitment on individual performance at the Finance Department of PT Telkom Indonesia in Madura. The sample used in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis using SPSS 24 and Warp PLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on individual performance at the Finance Department of PT Telkom Indonesia in Madura, while salary, work environment, and organizational commitment have no significant effect on individual performance at the Finance Department of PT Telkom Indonesia in Madura.
