Analisis Rasio Keuangan Untuk Memprediksi Kondisi Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perdagangan Eceran di Bursa Efek Indonesia

- Financial distress is a condition where the company cannot generate sufficient profit so that the company is difficult to pay its financial obligations and is an early sign before bankruptcy occurs. The purpose of this research is to test the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and activity to predict financial distress in retail trade sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2015 - 2020. The sampling techniques used by this research is purposive sampling as many as 15 companies used as samples. The data analysis method used by this research is logistic regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the profitability ratio and solvency ratio can be used to predict financial distress conditions, while liquidity ratio and activity ratio cannot be used to predict financial distress conditions, and financial ratios together can be used to predict financial distress conditions.
