The method used in this research is the causal method. The results of the study of service quality on customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price on customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Food quality on customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In this study, it is explained that 62 percent of customer satisfaction is influenced by the variables in the study. 55 percent of loyalty is influenced by customer satisfaction variables.
