This study aims to examine the effect of Earning per Share, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Company Size on Cash Dividend Policy in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sample selection of this study was 148 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the 2017-2020 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Earnings per Share and Liquidity have a significant and significant effect on firm value, while capital structure and firm size have no and significant effect on cash dividend policy.
