- This study aimed to determine the effect of the effect of free cash flow, leverage, liquidity, profitability and debt policy on dividend policy. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method from 52 company sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during year period 2015 – 2019. This research used logistic regression analysis. The result of this research showed that leverage, liquidity and debt policy have an effect on dividend policy.
