- The main objective of this study was to determine the company's financial performance after acquisition compared with prior acquisitions in the acquirer and acquiree. The population in this study using all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2010 period and the company samples selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. This study using SPSS. Analysis of the data in this study consisted of descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Research results Wilcoxon signed rank test test showed that all the company's financial performance variables perngakuisisi no significant difference after the acquisition, while the company acquired the entire financial performance variables was also no significant difference after the acquisition. Keyword: acquisition, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover.
