The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer service quality, customer satisfaction level and customer loyalty level at Bank Riau Kepri Capem Perawang. The data obtained using the questionnaire method and also documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Based on the analysis of the results of the study discussing the Quality of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty at Bank Riau Kepri Capem Perawang. The conclusion from the research is the level of customer loyalty, service quality and customer satisfaction at Bank Riau Kepri Capem Perawang are in the very good category.
