Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Regional Office. This Final Task Research uses descriptive methods.Based on the results of research conducted showed that the procedure of giving rakayat business credit (KUR) conducted by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Surabaya Regional Office has been well implemented starting from the credit application stage, credit analysis which includes 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral,, Condition), credit disposition, credit agreement, credit disbursement, and credit supervision. Obstacles that exist during the process of granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Surabaya Regional Office is a prospective debtor does not have savings in BRI, does not have SIUP, there are no guarantees in the KUR program and pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Regional Office only underlies the element of trust. Solution in response to this PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Regional Office conducts by way of prospective debtors opening an account at BRI first, prospective debtors make SIUP, and put forward the principles of 5C and 7P.
