- This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regional Financial Accounting System in Realizing Transparency and Accountability in the Gresik Regency Investment and One Stop Service Office. In addition to realizing transparency and accountability, this research also aims to see the impact of the implementation of the Regional Financial Accounting System on financial reports. This study takes data based on the service in the service in the financial statements for the 2019 fiscal year and the accounting system. The result of this study show that the regional accounting system in the agency is synchronous using government regulator policies, because the process of implementing the accounting system runs in sync with the appropriate and the preparation of synchronous financial statements using governments accounting standards and the level of public awareness in managing business permits has increased.
