- The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of liquidity (Current Ratio),profitability (ROA), company size (Log of Total Asset)and asset structure(Fixed Asset)on capital structure (DER) in property and real estate companies listed on idX in 2015-2019. This research uses quantitative methods or secondary data based on data analysis. The population and samples used in the study were 186 property and real estate companies and 142 samples were studied with purposive sampling method techniques. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (test t and F test) tested with classical assumption tests and descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that profitability (ROA) had no effect on capital structure (DER), while liquidity (Current Ratio),company size (Log of Total Asset) and asset structure (Fixed Asset)had a significant effect on capital structure (DER).
