- An accounting information system is a system that can collect, record, store, and process data to produce information for decision makers, both internal and external. Switch Apparel Surabaya as one of the MSME businesses in the fashion sector whose income comes from cash and credit sales, the handling of sales activities must be carried out based on an adequate procedure. The purpose of this final project is to obtain an overview of the sales accounting information system that is currently running on Switch Apparel Surabaya and the problems that exist in the company. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive case study approach. The results of the study show that several related problems can be overcome by providing recommendations for the design of sales accounting information systems and the use of Microsoft Excel to make it easier for owners to control sales transactions carried out by the company.
