- This study aims to analyze the effect of community participation, transparency, local government commitment, village facilitator competencies, and spirituality (Parengan District, Tuban District). The population in this study were village government officials in 18 villages in Parengan District, Tuban Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 180 respondents who were collected using a questionnaire. The method used in determining the sample in this study is a saturated sample (Census). The analysis of this research uses descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of community participation, transparency, local government commitment, competence of village assistants, and spirituality have a significant effect on the success of village fund management.
