- Accounting information systems are important in a company for supporting company performance. The company's performance can be good because of good financial reports and a good financial reports can be created by a good accounting information system. Many factors can affect the performance of accounting information systems such as user ability, information technology sophistication, training and education, and top management support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of user ability, information technology sophistication, training and education, and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems at IlmuOne Data Jakarta. The population of this study were all employees on IlmuOne Data who use accounting information system which totaling 45 person. Tests carried out using descriptive analysis and evaluation of the outer model and inner model using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of user ability, information technology sophistication and top management support affect the performance of accounting information systems, while training and education variable has no effect on the performance of the accounting information system.
