  • In the current modern era, the needs of the community, especially the people of NTT are increasing, therefore to meet their needs they use banking products, namely credit, but in lending itself cannot be separated from the credit risks that will be faced, therefore according to OJK Regulation No. 18/POJK.03/2016 the bank is required to implement Risk Management effectively to help analyze the risks that will occur in the future. Therefore, to find out the management of Risk Management as an effort to avoid non-performing loans at Bank NTT Oelamasi branch office, the author uses the documentation method and direct interviews to Bank NTT Branch office Oelamasi to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, seen from the credit collectibility data of Bank NTT in 2020, the level of bad loans was 4.68%, one of which was the ineffectiveness of Risk Management management as an effort to avoid non-performing loans.
