  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, E-Trust on E-Loyalty which has an impact on purchases through Tokopedia. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire with non-random sampling with non-probability sampling method which is distributed to consumers who use Tokopedia in Sidoarjo and its surroundings. The number of respondents in this study were 80 respondents who had the criteria of men and women aged at least 18 years. The technique for analyzing data was using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS 6.0 statistical application. The results of this study explain that: 1) E-service quality has a significant effect on E-loyalty on purchases via Tokopedia, 2) E-satisfaction has a significant effect on E-loyalty among Tokopedia users, 3) E-trust has a significant effect on E-loyalty purchases via Tokopedia.
