- The study was to determine whether debt policy, dividend policy, investment decisions, profitability have an effect on firm value. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Manufacturing companies that have distributed cash dividends. Manufacturing companies that publish their financial statements in the 2015-2019 period for a row. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the effect simultaneously debt policy, dividend policy, investment decisions and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. Debt policy as proxied by Debt to Total Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on firm value (PBV). Dividend policy, which is proxied by Debt to Payout Ratio (DPR) partially, has a negative effect on firm value (PBV). Investment decisions, which are proxied by Total Asset Growth (TAG) partially, have an insignificant negative effect on firm value (PBV). Profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) partially has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 Keywords: Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Decisions Investment, Profitability, Company Value.
