- This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, organizational commitment, leadership style and work motivation on managerial performance. The dependent variable used in this study is managerial performance. The independent variables in this study are budgetary participation, organizational commitment, leadership style and work motivation. The population in this study were all managers, assistant managers, heads of offices, and middle level employees involved in the responsibility centers at PT Tommy Putra Pratama Group (The Queen Residence, Queen Pratama Medika, Maju Makmur, and Queen Mart) . The sampling technique used in this study was to use complete enumeration. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that budget participation, organizational commitment, leadership style and work motivation have a simultaneous or partial effect on managerial performance.
