- The number of developing industries makes competition even tighter, especially in the banking world. Every year, it is increasingly clear that Islamic banks are experiencing very rapid development so that there is competition between one Islamic bank and another. The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the influence of service quality, trustworthiness, and religiosity on customer decisions simultaneously or partially. The subjects of this study are customers who save at Islamic banks in the city of Surabaya. This study uses data collection methods using non-probability sampling through a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. In this study, using a sample of 110 respondents. The results of this study explain that the variables of service quality, trust, and religiosity, either partially or simultaneously, have an effect on the variable of customer decisions in saving at Islamic banks. Partially, the trust variable is the dominant variable in influencing the public to make a decision to save at Islamic banks.
