- The investors’ perception of the success of the company is about the firm value itself. The firm value can be measured by using the price to book value ratio (PBV) which the stock price is higher than the book value of the company can increase the value of the firm. High stock prices can increase the investors’ beliefs in company's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability of the company's value. The population is food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 period, amounting to a population of as many as 12 companies. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling in purpose is to obtain a representative sample in accordance with the prescribed criteria researchers. Analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. Based on the analysis found that size and leverage hasn’t significantly effect on firm value, and profitability has positive effect on firm value. Keywords: Firm size, Leverage, Profitability
