- Waqf as a religious institution that has great economic potential and benefits for the community must have consistency with sharia and existing regulations. Improving people's welfare cannot be achieved optimally if Nadhir does not carry out his duties optimally. This writing aims to answer the formulation of the problem, namely to determine the distribution of assets and benefits of waqf from nadhir who are at BMT Amanah Ummah and to determine the impact of distribution of the benefits of waqf on the level of welfare mauquf 'alaih from BMT Amanah Ummah. This type of research includes qualitative research. The author collects data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study discuss the consistency of Nadhir in distributing wealth and the benefits of waqf to the improvement of the welfare of 'alaihi alaih at BMT Amanah Ummah Surabaya.
