- The research aims to analyze the effect of Funding, Dividen Policy, Liquidity and Company Size on Financial Performance calculated with Return On Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) with corporate social responsibility (CSR) as the mediating variable. (Case study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stocks Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period).The population of this research are Manufacturing Companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling teqnique is from the financial statements obtained in the manufacturing company by purposive sampling.The results of t test showed that the funding had a positive significant effect on financial performance, Dividen policy had negative significant effect on financial performance, Liquidity had positive significant on financial performance, Company Size had positive significant on financial performance and Company size had no effect on CSR. Hopefully further research can increase the number of samples so that the results obtained are more obtained.
