- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company growth, financial performance, company size and share ownership structure on corporate social responsibility. This research was conducted using the purposive sampling method used in this study was SPSS-24. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies that publish financial reports in a row and complete from 2017-2019 ad many as 230 company samples. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study company growth have a positive corporate social responsibility. Financial performance, company size, and share ownership structure have no effect on on the corporate social responsibility.
