- This study analyzes the influence of demographic factors, spiritual intelligence and personality traits on the financial management of Muslim families. This study uses the independent variable from Muslim Family Financial Management, the dependent variable is Demographic Factors, Spiritual Intelligence, and Personality Traits. The survey was conducted with a total of 105 respondents who are Muslim, domiciled in Surabaya, already have a family, and become financial managers in their family. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique. The data collected were analyzed through structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling) WarpPLS 6.0 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that the Demographic Factors, Spiritual Intelligence and Personality Traits significantly affect the Financial Management of Muslim Families.
