- Company value is a benchmark for measuring the success of company management in managing the operational activities of a company which is also an important thing for investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability as factors that affect firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period respectively. This study will also examine the dividend policy variable which is used as a moderating variable in the research model. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 sorted - tururt. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria so that 15 companies were selected as the research sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and leverage have no effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results in this study indicate that dividend policy is able to moderate and weaken the effect of liquidity and profitability on firm value, while policy is able to moderate and strengthen the effect of leverage on firm value.
