- The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of managerial ownership structure, institutional ownership, and intellectual capital on the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2019. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 19 companies as research samples. The method of data analysis is the Multiple Linear Regression test using SPSS version 16.0. The results of data analysis concluded that partially managerial ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability, institutional ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability, and intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on profitability. And the results simultaneously managerial ownership structure, institutional ownership and intellectual capital have a significant effect on profitability.
