  • Bank is a financial institution whose business activities collect funds from the public and channel it back in the form of credit. In this globalization era, the banking and financial world is growing. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedure to credit calculation and to evaluate the implementation obstacles in credit (KPR) through collective installments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative type. The type of data that I use is secondary data. Primary data collection techniques performed by observation, interviews, while secondary data collection techniques is checking documents, letters, notes, reports and other literature relevant to the author's research. The results of this study are that the procedure for granting credit (KPR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia is in accordance with the existing reality. The advice given based on this is to avoid the occurrence of bad credit, the bank / Account Officer should notify the customer of the risks that will occur, namely by conducting rescheduling to customers.
