  • ABSTRACT The sales of Toyota Calya cars in Surabaya are influenced by four factors: first, price, product quality, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention. However, in 2019, sales of environmentally friendly low-cost cars or known as Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) in April 2019 dropped 12 , 86%, the number of samples taken were 74 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. The results of this study indicate that Price, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Consumer Purchase Intention of Toyota Calya cars in Surabaya. Increasing Price, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction will increase the Consumer Purchase Intention of Toyota Calya cars in Suraya Key words: Price, product quality, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention
