- The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service to customer decisions using MBanking at Bank BRI KCP Unit Wolowaru. This research was conducted at Bank BRI KCP Unit Wolowaru for M-Banking consumers, and what became the object of research was about consumer satisfaction in using M-Banking. This study uses literature study and interviews through related parties in the subject area, namely at the Bank BRI KCP Unit Wolowaru. Based on the research conducted, it is known that Bank BRI Unit Wolowaru Sub-Branch Office has provided Mobile banking services to customers so that customers can make transactions easier with BRI's features so that the bank can provide satisfaction to its customers.
