  • This research was conducted at the Cash Office of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara(BTN) Surabaya’s Lidah Wetan Branch. At the Cash Office of the Lidah Wetan Branch, products that most of customers are using is Tabungan Juara. The purpose of this study is to know customer service procedures in serving the opening of Tabungan Juara, knowing the facilities and benefits of Tabungan Juara, and the obstacles that happen when customer service serves the opening of Tabungan Juara accounts. This research was conducted by literature study and interview methods. Based on research that has been done, it is known that customer service has performed a service procedure for opening Tabungan Juara properly to its customers.
