- This research was conducted at Bank BRI Kertajaya Surabaya Branch Offices, which provides a savings product, namely the Britama X savings, which is a type of BRI Bank savings product aimed at young customers. This savings is expected to help increase awareness of saving for the younger generation between 17 - 35 years of age in saving their funds with a variety of facilities tailored to the needs and desires of young people. The objective of this research is to find out the procedure for implementing Britama X savings at Bank BRI Kertajaya Surabaya Branch. This research uses descriptive research. Data obtained using documentation and interview methods. Based on the results of the research, Britama X savings deposits provide e-banking support and a real time online system allows customers to make transactions anytime and anywhere. There are several requirements for Britama X savings, namely Britama X savings for individual customers, valid for Indonesian citizens and foreigners. and an initial deposit of Rp. 100,000, -. Calculation of interest for Britama X savings at Bank BRI Kertajaya Surabaya Branch uses interest calculations based on daily interest calculations. This research discusses the procedures for opening savings, procedures for withdrawing and depositing savings, closing procedures, terms and conditions for Britama X savings.
