- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Total Quality Management variable (customer focus, continuous improvement, employee engagement and empowerment, teamwork) and reward systems on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT Satria Wicaksana, the research sample is employees of the operational sector of PT Satrria Wicaksana. The data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis using IBM SPSS 23 software. The results show that customer focus, continuous improvement, and reward system have a positive results on employee performance. Employee engagement and empowerment has a negative result on employee performance. For the teamwork variable, the results show no relation on employee performance.
