- This research was conducted at PT. Regional Development Bank (BPD) of East Nusa Tenggara Ruteng Branch. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Customer Satisfaction Level on Customer Service Quality, knowing the existing facilities in the Customer Service section, as well as the obstacles that occur when Customer Service is serving customers. This research was conducted by the method of distributing questionnaires. Samples taken amounted to 30 customers.
