- The purposes of the study are to find out the effect of leadership, customer focus, employee involvement, strategic planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement of employee performance and reward system as a moderating variable. The population of this research is all employees who working at PG. Kremboong Sidoarjo, the research sample is general manager, manager, and young assistants and operational employees. Data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results showed that leadership, customer focus, employee involvement, strategic planning, continuous improvement affects on employee performance and teamwork does not affect on employee performance. While the moderating results showed that employee involvement that is moderated by reward system affects on performance employee and leadership, customer focus, strategic planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement which are moderated by reward system does not affect on performance employee.
