- The purpose of this research is figuring out of the influence the religiosity and lifestyle toward to purchasing intention and the impact of the consumer purchase decision. The quantities of the respondents of this research are around to 70 respondents of Surabaya and Sidoarjo society, the criteria of the respondents at least 19 years old, live in Surabaya and Sidoarjo and they have sharia insurance for three month. The Respondents are selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis technique is Partial Least Square Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with Using PLS 6.0 Program. The Result of this research explaining that religiosity and lifestyle giving Positive influence significantly to purchasing of Sharia Insurance decision, meanwhile religiosity has not significantly giving positive influence for purchasing intention to Sharia insurance Keywords : Religiosity, Life Style, Saharia Insurance, Purchasing intension, Purchasing decision.
