- In the current era of globalization, companies are required to pay attention to financial performance. That is because manny new competitors have sprung up. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over, return on asset, inflation, and exchange rate on stock return in property and real estate companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the 2014-2018 periods. The sample used in this study was 33 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, and the analysis technique used was classic assumptions and multiple linier regressions. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable significantly influences the dependent variable. But partially, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, inflation, and exchange rate have no significant effect on stock return, while the total asset turn over have a significant positive effect on stock return in property and real estate companies registered on the indonesia stock exchange.
