  • This study aims to determine the effect on salary or financial rewards, professional training, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and labor market considerations on career selection in the encounter of the industrial revolution 4.0. The theory used to achieve the objectives of this research is The Theory of Reasoned Action. This research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study is STIE Perbanas Surabaya dan STIESIA Surabaya, the sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sample technique. The sample of this study is students of STIE Perbanas and STIESIA Surabaya with criteria accounting students 7 semester. The respondents in this study were 232 respondents. The research method uses surveys and tools to analyze data using SPSS IBM 22. The data was analyzed by using multinomial logistic regression. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the salary or financial rewards, professional training, and work environment has influenced career selection in the encounter of the industrial revolution 4.0. Whereas professional recognition, social values, and labor market consideration did not affect the career choices in the encounter of industrial revolution 4.0.
