  • This study aims to analyze whether LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR and ROA simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on CAR at Regional Development Banks. The sample in this study is Sulawesi Tenggara BPD, Bengkulu BPD, Lampung BPD. The data in this study use the documentation method. The data is taken from the financial statements of the National Publication Regional Development Bank starting from the first quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2019. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR and ROA simultaneously had a significant effect on CAR. Partially LAR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect on CAR, but on the other hand it occurs on LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR and ROA which do not have a significant influence on CAR, and the final result of the dominant variable affecting CAR is FBIR.
