Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2009-2015

- The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of capital structure and profitability on the manufacturing company value listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2015 . Sampling method with purposive sampling method, with same predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 26 manufacturing companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2009-2015. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The capital structure variable is using debt equity ratio (DER) size, profitability variable is using return on equity (ROE) size. The results showed that : 1) Capital Structure have negative and not significant effect on the company’s value, 2) Profitability have positive and significant effect on the company’s value.
