- Capital structure is a very important problem for the company to conduct the company’s operational activities. Companies must determine whether to use internal funds first or external funds to finance investment so getting an optimal capital structure. This study purposed to examine the effect of variable profitability, size and growth on their capital structure of good consumer company. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data in this study. Data analysis are implied on good consumer company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in periode 2012-2016. Based on the analysis, it was found that profitability, size and growth has a effect on the capital structure of good consumer company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016.
