- Banking industry had growth rapidly. It caused the competition in this kind of this industry is intense. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of ease of use, safety, perceived usefulness and customer trust on using internet banking of BCA in Surabaya. Population used in this research was 130 respondents and based on purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires towards the respondents. Analysis that used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research found that ease of use, safety, perceived usefulness and customer trust simultaneously have a positive significant effect on using internet banking of BCA in Surabaya. It means on partially that ease of use has a positive significant effect, safety has a positive significant effect, perceived usefulness has a positive significant effect and customer trust has a positive significant effect on using internet banking of BCA in Surabaya.
