- This study aims to determine the impact of budgetary participation, decentralization, work motivation and leadership style on OPD managerial performance in Gresik Regency. The numbers of sample are 182 respondents which were being collected by convience sampling technique. The data was classified as primary data which is obtained by questioner distribution. Data processing is conducted by using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research indicated budgetary participation, decentralization, work motivation and leadership style influence on OPD managerial performance in Gresik Regency Keywords: Budgetary participation, decentralization, work motivation, leadership style, managerial performance.
