- The problem in this study is whether the LDR, IPR, NPL,APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FACR partially and simultaneously have a significant impact on ROA. This study aims to determine the level of significant from the influence of LDR, IPR, NPL,APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FACR partially and simultaneously to ROA.This study describes how the independent variables affect the dependent variables. The sampling technic used was purposive sampling, with the criteria have total asset more than 25 billion rupiah till 35 billion rupiah in the second quarter of 2013. So The sample of this study are BPD Kalimantan Timur, BPD DKI, BPD Jawa Tengah and BPD Jawa Timur .Results of this study showd that the LDR, IPR, NPL,APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FACR simultaneously have a significant effect to ROA. Partially LDR and IPR have a positive significant effect and BOPO have a negative significant effect while NPL, APB, IRR, PDN and FACR have an insignificant effect. The most dominant variable among the indepentdent variables is LDR. Key words : LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO , FACR and ROA
