  • Company value is the investor's perception of the company, which is often associated with stock prices. The value of the company gives an overview to management regarding investor perceptions relating to past performance and also about the company's prospects in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, capital structure, institutional ownership, dividend policy on firm value. The population in this study were automotive companies for the period 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique so as to obtain 13 research sample companies. The analysis technique used was statistical test with multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 23. The results showed that the size of the company had no effect on firm value, the capital structure had no effect on firm value, institutional ownership does not affect the value of the company, and dividend policy affects the value of the company Keywords : Company Size, Capital Structure, Institusional Ownership, Policy Dividends, Firm Values
